Had my brand new truck T-boned and knew it would lose value. I contacted Tom who was quick with a response and came out to my work to do the appraisal a week after we spoke. He also offered some tips on dealing with the other driver's insurance company and had the full report done in just a few days. With his thorough appraisal in hand, I was able to negotiate a resolution that worked out very well for me. I still wish the guy had not hit me, but it helps to know I won't be losing as much now. Thank you Tom for your help!

I used Tom for a pre-purchase inspection of a Superformance Cobra. It is by far the most complete and professional report that I have ever seen. I will definitely be using their company again.

My 2019 Widebody Hellcat was stolen from my driveway Feb 19th, 2021. I contacted Geico and after a couple of weeks they came up with a settlement amount that I was not happy with. I decided to contact a private appraisal and by pure luck I found Auto Appraisal Network. I left John a message and after a few hours he called me back. John told me to send him the offer from Geico and all appropriate paperwork so he could see if it was worth doing the appraisal. Right then and there I knew I was dealing with a professional and someone I could trust. I sent him the paperwork and he told me yes we can get a better offer. He then requested a lot of invoices, pictures, receipts, maintenance records, etc. After a couple of days, I received a letter from Geico stating that his appraisal was accepted and the original offer went up $11,000.00 dollars!! To say that I was delighted is an understatement! Thanks to John I am recovering a lot more than I ever thought considering the circumstances. Once again, John, thank you so much for the excellent customer service and result!

My 2015 Range Rover Sport was rear ended and written up as a complete loss. I received the appraisal from my insurance company and was under the impression that it was set in stone. I contacted Auto Appraisal Network and learned that is not the case. They work for us just as the insurance company's appraiser works for them. Tom was on the scene within 24 hours of initial contact and I received a report appraising the vehicle 10% higher than our insurance company. The case was settled within a week and I received my check.

Used them for an appraisal for a diminished value claim after an accident, John was prompt courteous and professional. Received a very professional report that was instrumental in helping my attorney settle the case in my favor.

I own construction company and I was told to ask John to help me with one of the vehicles was in accident ( front and back damage). John quickly respond to my questions and explained process. Appraisal was down in day and I send it out to insurance for diminish value refund. Case was settled quickly after offers were exchanged. I hope not to need His services any more - but if I will need appraisal I will call him asap and use his knowledge again.
